Plan your content or process layout
we provide a simple guide sheet to help you plan your project and its strategy
our standard for the amount of time a person spends on confusion, frustration and redoing work 0 to 2 percent of your day... or one minute for every 2 hours of work |
To add a template click on the menu bar to open the admin drop down menu
Once logged in, click on the 3 bar menu in the upper right hand corner |
Content Templates window gives you a list of your current templates
click the green Add Template button to add a new template click the blue Edit button to make changes to a current content template or process |
Use the editor to add your content or process template
Use the editor icons to help you build the layout you need |
Add a content or process templates in the details tab
click the Select a template drop down menu to choose the template you want to add to the details tab |
Content form the detail tab shows up in the Notes
any information in the Notes section of the Details tab shows up in the Notes area on the lower left hand side of the More Details section |
Use content or process templates in the task's Expected Results editor
click the Select a template drop down menu to choose the template you want to add to the Expected Results section
